If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, the wrong product is sent, the product is in dead condition or defective upon arrival, The buyer will have 72 hours to contact us so that we can help resolve the issue with a replacement. An uncut unboxing video is compulsory to claim for the same.
No returns/refunds/replacements are allowed if you don’t like the product or if the seal of the product is opened.
In rare cases, Returns can be allowed with a 5% Charge + with twice the shipping charge if the order is cancelled after shipping. Note: Product must be sealed.
In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our location.
For gaming chairs only part replacement is applicable if the product delivered is defective or damaged, no refunds will be there for orders of gaming chairs.
If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.
Return / Refund request will cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
In case the product isn’t available at the time of replacement, then full refund will be initiated.
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product (including the invoice)
In case there are any claims of the product being faulty on delivery, we will pick up the product and replace it after we test the product. In case the product is found to be not faulty, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges of the product to our origin and to the customer ( twice the shipping )
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will refund the amount after deducting charges (if applicable)
Refund process will take 2-4 Working days after receiving product(subject to verification) and it will reflect on your original source of payment It can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account (original source) after refund from our end.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If product is not in stock, ITdealers.in has every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer, email should be sent for cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer.
