At ITdealers.in Orders are shipped within 7-10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. COMPUTER MEGA IT is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order) Please ensure that your address details are accurate to avoid delays or missed deliveries ITdealers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the buyer.
COMPUTER MEGA IT is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days Expedited delivery: 3-5 working days (if available)

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your order.
Multiple Units Shipping
For orders containing multiple items, the shipping charge is calculated based on the total weight of all items combined. This way, you benefit from a single shipping fee rather than multiple fees for each item.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

International Shipping Currently, ITdealers.in only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
